Representative offices and branches of foreign legal entities shall undergo the accreditation procedure to carry out their activities in the territory of the Russian Federation, in accordance with applicable law.

Accreditation of representative offices and branches of foreign legal entities is conducted in accordance with the Order of the Federal Tax Service of Russia of 22 December 2014 №ММВ-7-14/668@ by the Interdistrict FTS of Russia Inspectorate №47 for the City of Moscow.
