Question

I have a question regarding attending one of the 2018 World Cup matches. We have reviewed the rules for the FAN IDs but need clarification.

My husband and I are U.S. citizens. We would like to attend one of the 2018 World Cup matches in Kaliningrad. We will be visiting several European Union member countries before we come to Kaliningrad. Our itinerary has us leaving Poland and arriving in Kaliningrad. Will our U.S. passports and the FAN IDs be sufficient to enter Kaliningrad? Do we need a visa?
