Hello. My wife and I will travel the Baltic area late June we would like to visit Kaliningrad. We both have expired Russian visas as we traveled Moscow-Beijing. We will use Ecolines bus Vilnius-Kaliningrad- Riga. We would like to visit 3 days. What is best way to proceed please. Regards Robert and Carmel.
To visit the Kaliningrad region, you should get a tourist visa at place of your residence in advance. As for getting visa in in the Republic of Lithuania, if needed, you should consult Russian Embassy in Vilnius to discuss your case email@example.com
Hi Me and 3 friends have British passports. We are travelling through Lithuania. Can we visit Kalingrad for a day? Can we get express visa or a visa on the border? We want to travel on 21 April 2017. Best regards. Dan Daniel Tain
The experiment on issuing short-term tourist visas was cancelled on January 1 2017. You can read about it here.
